This project consisted of waterproofing design repairs to entire pool deck topping slab and surface including finish tile replacement. The project also involved refinishing plaster and tile replacement for entire lap pool and spa; pool fixture upgrades, fountain repair, planter repairs, and waterproofing repairs at pool bathroom showers. Additional involvement as building architect included; penthouse roof leak testing and analysis, spa leak testing and repair documentation, pool leak, and various other issues. A7 prepared complete reconstruction drawings and bid documents which included a detailed scope of repair.
